Will it ever drop below a pound?
I am not picking on this petrol station, its where I buy fuel, and probably one of the cheapest in the area, which makes it even worse.
We don't need to use our car as often as we do, key point, car, not cars. We already made that step a few years ago, but flirted with an MGB, and a camper van, as second vehicles, all sold on I hasten to add. The kids go to school locally, ie, we walk 'em every morning. We both work locally, although Mrs G uses the car to run errands from work. Note to self, this was organised when petrol was a pound a gallon cheaper, needs to be looked at again.
Have we filled our tank in anticipation of shortages?
No chance, I am not getting into a wee wee contest with the oil cartells.
We will of course line their over filled pockets indirectly with price rises in distribution costs, but I see no sense in overdoing it!
